Everything is made to order by our print partner, Printful, so nothing sits in a warehouse getting dusty. Printing or embroidery takes 2–7 business days, then it ships. Most US orders arrive 3–5 business days after that, so plan on about one to two weeks door to door.

The real carrier cost for your order, shown at checkout, with no markup. Orders with several items may ship in more than one box from different print centers.

Yes. You get an email with tracking when it ships, and Order Status in the header shows where your order is.

If it is misprinted, damaged, defective or not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement (or refund it if a replacement isn't possible). No need to send the bad one back.

Because every item is printed just for you, we can't take back change-of-mind returns or wrong-size orders. Check the size notes below before you order — and if you're stuck between two sizes, ask us first.

Email us as soon as you can. Orders go to print quickly, but if it hasn't started yet we can fix the address.

The Bella+Canvas tees are a modern unisex fit, true to size — size up for a roomier fit. The Gildan classic tees and the hoodies run a little fuller. Every product page lists the blank brand and model, so you can check the maker's size chart.

Inside out, cold water, hang dry or tumble low. Don't iron over the print. Mugs and pint glasses are dishwasher safe; the enamel mug and the tumbler are hand wash.

The iPhone case fits iPhone 11 through current models; the Samsung case fits Galaxy S20 through current models. Put your exact model in the order notes.

Dewey and Lyle are cartoon characters. Any resemblance to your brother-in-law is a coincidence.

The name says "dumbass," and so does some of the merch. That's as bad as it gets: nothing worse, nothing mean, nobody real gets picked on.
